Short Sales: Properties identified by the listing agent as “short sale” in the Denver area MLS.
Foreclosures: Properties identified by the listing agent as “foreclosure", "pre-foreclosure” and "preforeclosure” in the Denver area MLS.
Lender Owned: Properties identified by the listing agent as “lender owned” and “bank owned” in the Denver area MLS .
Corp Owned: Properties identified by the listing agent as “corp owned” in the Denver area MLS.
Quick Possession: Properties identified by the listing agent as “quick possession” in the Denver area MLS.
*Please be aware, for any of the above searches, if the listing agent, for example, indicated that "This is NOT a foreclosure" it too may be returned in the results due to the key search word(i.e. foreclosure) but obviously they are NOT.
